Events on every product that is not dismissed, matching what each profile's timeline shows. Logged by the weekly feed poll, an on-demand deep dive, or by hand; each carries its source URL when one was reported. The admin's private working note behind an event never ships in this or any dataset. Downloading requires an access key.
